Alexander F.L. Bürhaus, CEO

Mr. Bürhaus is a founding member and CEO of corporate capital partners. He has extensive investment

expertise in a variety of businesses and industries as well as residential and commercial

real estate developments and investments. Mr. Bürhaus

received a B.B.A from the University of Miami and his

MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Geoffrey Coley, Chairman of the Board

Formerly at Salomon Brothers, New York, Mr. Coley joined Citigroup after the

merger of the two companies, where he then served as Managing Director and

Co-Head of Global Fixed-Income.

Mr. Coley was responsible for Citigroup's worldwide origination, trading, sales

and research functions for fixed-income securities, foreign exchange,

derivatives and loan products, including Mortgage-Backed Securities.

He received a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire.
